Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bodhicharm.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
